Replace Authentication with restful_authentication plugin

Currently working on it (take a look at new_auth branch @ github)
Goal: Replace all old authentication code with restful_authentication plugin
- Activation-Email when signing up
- Forgot/reset password mechanism (also via email)
- some other stuff, generally a more restful design

almost done. latest master branch now has restful_authentication included in favor of acts_as_authenticated.
still need to add reset/forgot password functionality. created new ticket for easier tracking.
