Refactor out all host-specific configuration

Need to refactor all host-specific stuff out into a central place in order to make it easier for new users to configure yarps accordingly.
For example:
- Mailer related stuff (like sender-email-adress and smtp-connection-data)
- user related upload-folders etc. (still to come)

done. theres now the config/yarps_config.yml file for all host-specific configuration like mailer-settings etc.
